This course is designed for you if you are ready to take charge of your own happiness, rather than allowing it to be managed, controlled, or manipulated by the outside world.
During these 4 weeks you will learn effective ways to integrate cognitive changes, emotional awareness, energetic frequencies, and approaches to living that are both practical and spiritual.
The goal of this program is to arm you with a toolbox of meditation and mindfulness techniques, perspectives, information, and changes that will propel you into the next many years of spiritual growth and development, whether it be personally, professionally, spiritually, or any combination of those!
Jacie is a spiritual educator and guide, with 14 years of experience in personal and spiritual growth practices, and 10 years experience in developing and facilitating workshops in the same fields.
Jacie is a Reiki Master Healer and Reflexologist, with a Bachelor of Philosophy in Leadership and Psychology, a Diploma of Business Management, and is a Candidate for Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Starting her company, Hundred Acre Wood Wellness, back in 2018, Jacie provided individual holistic healing before her passions turned toward teaching these topics.
Through guided meditation, mindfulness, spiritual development, and self awareness programs, she strives to be ever increasing joy, resilience, and alignment in her own life and the lives of those she works with.
She uses research based methods for adapting mindsets to improve interpersonal and internal relationships, and incorporates practical methods to gain spiritual connection, with oneself and higher power.
She loves backcountry trekking, travel, and writing. She is grateful for a home base on a small lake in New Brunswick, Canada, which gives her the opportunity to be close to family when she is not traveling.
